The after-hours build
An honest side venture about losing more than 80 pounds, rebuilding strength, and chasing an athletic V-shaped physique while balancing work, family, and very late-night training.
Built after midnightWhy this belongs here
I know how to build a story for a client. This is the one I'm building in public.
I went from 258 pounds to the 170s, then began learning how to add useful muscle without giving back the progress that changed my life. The target is not cartoon size. It is broader shoulders, a stronger back, a tighter waist, and a body that looks athletic because it is trained consistently.
This space is for the workouts, lessons, content experiments, and honest checkpoints behind that goal. It is also where fitness brands, gyms, and people with a transformation worth documenting can collaborate with a professional producer who understands both sides of the camera.
Current training framework
Train every other day, rotate through A/B/C, and pick up where the last session ended.
Chest, delts, triceps
Back width, thickness, hinge
Lower body, shoulders, waist

The rules that matter
An every-other-day rhythm creates room to progress without pretending recovery is optional.
Shoulders, upper back, and lats get deliberate attention to create the V-taper I'm chasing.
Add load or reps gradually, keep form honest, and stop forcing movements that aggravate old shoulders.
Protein-forward meals, consistent hydration, regular steps, and modest calorie changes beat dramatic swings.
The side venture
Photography, reels, campaigns, interviews, and social assets for gyms, coaches, equipment, apparel, and wellness brands.
Before-and-after storytelling with the context, process, and personality that a single progress photo cannot capture.
Honest routines, public checkpoints, and practical lessons from my own process—not a promise of instant results.
